Moro is currently looking for a full time chef. Experience is necessary, as is a hardworking and positive attitude. In return, we offer a good rate of pay, six shifts a week and a supportive environment where chefs can grow and learn.
Moro is owned by husband and wife team, Sam and Sam Clark and has been a stalwart of the London restaurant scene 1997. It is highly regarded for bringing the Moorish flavours of Spain, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean to London. The menu changes every three weeks but we always bake sourdough daily in our wood oven and use a charcoal grill to give the food its distinctive character.
