The Sunday Lunch Club – Alumni Series returns…
After a summer break, our Sunday Lunch Club with our alumni family is back on Sunday 20 September, and we’re delighted to welcome back Ellen Parr of Lucky & Joy to Exmouth Market.
Ellen was part of the Moro kitchen before going on to co-found Lucky & Joy, where her cooking draws on the food and flavours of China alongside her own experiences as a chef. For this special Sunday feast, she’ll be bringing those influences back to Moro, combining Lucky & Joy’s punchy, spice-led cooking with Moro’s wood-fired, Mediterranean and Moorish foundations.
Expect a generous sharing menu made for the middle of the table, with whipped tofu and Sichuan-style aubergine, scallop with XO sauce and zhoug, beef kofta dumplings with seedy chilli crunch, wood-roasted pork with tomato nam jim and shao kao, lamb ribs with tiger salad, flatbread, cumin and za’atar, harissa and more.
Join us from 1pm for a family style feast around shared tables. Tickets are £60 per person plus service and include a welcome drink and the full feasting menu.
