Join Sam and Sam, at Moro, for a series of special Sunday Lunch Clubs.
On the 18th and 25th of September and the 2nd of October, 1-5pm, Sam and Sam will be hosting lunch at Moro. All the dishes on the sumptuous three-course menu will be from their new book, Moro Easy.
You’ll be greeted with a quince syrup and cava aperitivo, and then will be treated to a selection of sharing starters, main and dessert. Sam and Sam will sign copies of their new book and will give a talk about their 25 years at the helm of Moro.

Deep-fried cod cheeks with lemon, garlic, dill, coriander and red chilli
Chicken liver pate with oloroso sherry, toast and pickled almonds
Seared wild and oyster mushrooms with lemon thyme and orange
Cuttlefish kofte with mojo verde
Duck breast with walnut and pomegranate sauce, wilted herbs and crispy chickpeas

Slow wood-roasted pork shoulder with orange and cumin, chicharrones, spinach, pine nuts and raisins
Wood roasted cod with clams, coriander and vinho verde with mashed potato
Wood roasted chicken with preserved lemon labneh, artichoke salsa, olives, za’atar and sundried tomatoes
Charcoal grilled sea bass with potatoes and fennel al horno, and parsley and caper sauce
Charcoal grilled lamb with brown rice and potato pilaf, kale salad, roast squash, yoghurt and chilli butter
Mixed vegetable mezze: Syrian lentils, baba ghanoush, beetroot borani, roast squash, brown rice and potato pilaf, labneh and artichoke salsa, kale salad, crudites and flatbread
