The wood-fired oven lies at the heart of the Moro kitchen, where our roast dishes take centre stage every Sunday. Segovian suckling pig, Pyrenean milk-fed lamb, Galician beef and Sutton Hoo chicken emerge from the oven alongside whole bream, seasonal roast vegetables and our renowned sourdough bread.
Our Sunday Lunch Club celebrates the spirit of the traditional Sunday feast — generous, convivial and designed for sharing. The menu begins with a selection of starters for the table, followed by spectacular roasts from the wood oven served with seasonal sides, and finishes with dessert.
